DAY 150!

WOW.. I had forgotten.. glad I worked out today.. its day 150! cool.

i did legs (squats, with extensions as burnouts), leg curls with deadlifts,
back .. lat pull downs with bent over rows as burnouts
biceps.. hammer curls with curl bar standing curls as burnouts..

feel good.

busy day

supper at church (which I wont eat)
birthday cake for grandma's 85th after church (which I wont eat)

need to get ready for church!
