Well.. no workout yesterday exept for the lawn mowing. Friends came over.. it was fun..
This morning I got up to go for a run and it took 20 mins for me to find all my running "equipment" .. so I had to cut my run.. which I turned into a walk (because I couldnt find proper support..if you know what I mean).. short ... but hey atleast I got out there.... about a thirty min brisk walk. .. puppy liked it too.

.. I will just count yesterday as a miss but will probably do a bit of extra in the morning when I lift. ..

Eats? you ask.. uhhh.. well.. no sodas! so thats a good thing.. I have eaten fruit so thats a good thing.. .. no candy either. so thats a good thing.. too many chips. too much dip.. but oh well
