Tuesdays eats

  1. shake (after workout)
  2. 2 low fat motz sticks, apple, 3 pretzel rods
  3. hamburger from sonic, meat bread only, and too many chips (waited too long to eat)
  4. shake

tea and water today.
not a good day for eats.. didnt fit it in.. but the good news is.. when i started to get stressed about packing and getting things ready to go camping.. and not being able to find the keys tothe camper.. instead of grabbing food.. I did 10 pushups! .. now thats progress!

k.. bad news is we wont leave tomorrow to go camping .. spose to rain allll day..
good news is ... I have no reason to not lift weights tomorrow!
