I had planned to run today.. but i should have known better.. esp after last thursday and how tired i was after teaching all day :) so.. I will run my 50 mins tomorrow :) this might push my long run to Sunday.. but its all good.. as long as i stick with one day a week then i am just fine with being flexible on my thursday :) eats were good all day today and i felt great. UNTIL we got home i was i tired and we decided to order pizza for supper THEN we made homemade brownies and ice cream after that! .. its all in a good time cause we have some guys spending the night with the boys tonight.. how fun its been for them .. and a joy to hear :) the boy things that go on :) so.. today was "good" and "bad".. but ... i am not upset or worried. or frustrated... no biggie.. I am on track.. i will make progress.. :) i am thinking i might stop lifting weights on lower body for a while though... my legs and tushy are getting good muscle.. but they are getting bigger and not smal...
Welcome to were it all started, this space I created in January of 2006 to help me navigate my journey to personal health and fitness. I have come a LONG way from that first post 18 years ago and I am so grateful for all I have learned along the way. I will be coming here a lot more often over the next weeks, months and years as I have decided to begin writing, journaling and sharing here again. I hope and pray you might find inspiration here to help you along your own path to health and fitness. Please note that this 18 year journey consisted of several things I learned that did not work for me, others programs, supplements and others ideas of nutrition, health and fitness. I am leaving all these as is, so you can see my journey. I will be talking more about the different things I tried thru the years and what I learned about myself and what works for me along the way. URGH... its taken me FOREVER to get a video up .... I had to keep making it shorter and shorter.. .. it only seems right that a marathon video should be a marathon length dont ya think? .... Saturday morning I woke up very tired. I considered just skipping it and running the Marathon another day. I tried to go back to sleep but just couldnt. I got up and left the house by about 610am.
