Welcome to were it all started, this space I created in January of 2006 to help me navigate my journey to personal health and fitness. I have come a LONG way from that first post 18 years ago and I am so grateful for all I have learned along the way. Its been almost 3 weeks since my last peice of ''real" bread. I have had moments (brief) of missing it. Lately, on our trip I have been missing it a lot. mostly cause we are doing sandwiches for lunch every day. Everyone else has bread and I have lettuce wraps. In reality I cannot see living my whole life without bread. I have gluten free bread mix at home... but I didnt make it before we left on vacation. so today. We went for a walk I needed to get some fruit...
