
so... cardio for today was a 11 something mile bike ride... some off "road" accompanied by a nice walk to the local buffalo wallow. A great day! .. I think I am getting addicted to biking.. dont know how much running will be in my future:)
ok.. all for today.. I am off to make lunch :) ..
