Six days left UPW

Wow.. SIX days left.. that is to hard for my brain to grasp.. to think I havent missed a wokout for 78 days! I would have never thought it possible!

Today was upper body.. I slept great last night.. got more sleep that usual but seemed I had to make myself get the workut in.. so many other things to do (ya know?) .. anyway.. I did it.. finished but took forever.. I tried some new lifts (which adds time) and today I workout with my garage door open so the kids could play in the driveway while I lifted.. well then my sweet neighbor came over to visit.. so I had a thirty min break between Tris and Shoulders :) It was great to visit with her though!

Heres the breakdown: I am trying hard to focus on slow reps and really increasing my weight as I go.. on some of the new lifts it took a bit to see what I could lift.. Today was also the first time to try Miltary Pushups (I use to do them all the time YEARS ago.. I was happy with being able to get out 24! yipee!)

Chest Flies
12- 15lbs

Tris Pulldowns on smith machine:
14- 20lbs
10- 30lbs(6) 25lbs(4)
8-- 30lbs
6-- 30lbs (hard)
burnouts overhead extensions 24 @15lbs

Shoulders Dumbbell upright row
12- 8lbs
10- 10lbs
10- 10lbs
10-15lbs
8- 20lbs
6- 20lbs
burnout with flies 12- 10lbs, 12- 8lbs

Bis Curl bar
12- curl bar plus 5lbs
10- curl bar plus 10lbs
8- curl bar plus 15lbs
6- curl bar plus 20lbs
Burnouts.. Twentyones with curl bar plus 5lbs added a extra three to get my set of twentyfour.
