posting the positives

I have had such a negative week this week I decided I need to post some possitive things that are a result of the challenge.. here we go:

* I am strong!
* I can run a long way without passing out! (started out walking 12 weeks ago and about died!)
* I found out I LOVE music again.. thanks to the IPOD
* I found out I LOVE running again!
* My bras dont pinch anymore!
* I dont dread trying to figure out what to wear anymore.
* I have more energy.
* my hair is not falling anymore
* my FEET DONT HURT
* I enjoy shopping again (guess that could be good and bad)
* I am being a good example to my kids and other people too. (My hubby said someone said something about seeing me out running in the early morning.. I thought.. yeah! someone else to inspire.. maybe.. you never know who is watching you)
* I dont feel guilty for eating bad on my free days.
* I can wear size six (although ladies I was having to pull those up today! my butt is getting so tiny.. another 11 weeks and who knows what size I will be! .. This BFL thing really does work!)
* I can carry all my children.. in case of injury or other..
* I dont have terrible tummy aches any more!
* I dont get stressed out about what to fix for dinner, lunch or other..
* I am warm most of the time.. instead of being cold all the time like I use to.
* I can wear high heel shoes again (cause my feet dont hurt anymore)
* I sleep better at night.

I know there are more.. but thats it for tonight..

ok.. now I feel better!

Ruthie,

I think you are a testament to why us mom's are doing this! It is all about being there for our family. When Mommy feels yucky, life is pretty yuckie!
