So I have been thinking what am I going to do on Day 84? (which is this coming Sunday).. Well.. for one I think I will be in shock if I actually make it five more days without missing a workout.. that will me 84 straight days without missing! wow! The next thing I will do is take my after pictures.. and of course post them here and on buffmother. The third, well I will have to get in my sunday morning fun run.. I call it a fun run cause I just take my time on Sundays and enjoy being more than likely the only person on the track. :) As far as "celebrating" I have no idea. Just a yeehaw when I wake up that day I guess :)
Well.. this morning was interesting .. my alarm went off and I opened my eyes and thought "hum.. it must still be raining cause its aweful dark." .. well.. I got up and went to the bathroom, brushed my teeth and went and got my running skirt that was hanging in the laundry room to dry.. when I came back to put it on I passed the clock in the den and it said 5:40.. WHAT! It cant be 540.. yep.. sure enough.. I had set my clock time an hour faster .. so instead of reading 540 (which was correct) it read 640.. which also ment that when I set my alarm to get up at 635am.. it was really 535am! UGH.. what do to.. well.. I got back in bed and layed there for 20 mins. then I just got up .. I still didnt leave the house until 645 cause I didnt want it to be so dark when I was on our road..
I had a good run.. ran all 2 miles without stopping.. I do seem to have a bit of an issue with my right shin.. so I stretched and stretched.. I am ready for the grass around the track to grow in so I can run on it atleast once in a while .. it would be lots better on my legs and feet than the concrete.
Meal wise things are going good.. I am having carb cravings I think its just because I am coming off my free day.. so hopefully today will be better than yesterday.
OK.. thats it for today.. I have to get school done and go to walmart and go paint :) guess I SHOULD have gotten up at 530:)
here are some quotes I found.. I really like number one and the last one :)
blessings!
"Keep away from people who belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great."
— Mark Twain
"We are what we repeatedly do, excellence then is not an act, but a habit."
— Aristotle
