Day 75 {9 to go} Lower body

Day 75 (9 days to go)
Had a great workout this morning.. I couldnt believe I hit 8 at 105lbs!.. I did that cause I messed up! I thought I was doing 95lbs.. but after I finished.. I went to write it down and realized .. I JUST DID 105lbs EIGHTtimes! .. (funny guess I could handle more weight than I thought )

Yesterdays meals went ok.. I did crave carbs for some reason.. and I ended up having a few to many.. but progress not perfection right?

I have been really craving Mexican food this week.. dont know why.. so I am really looking forward to chips and hot sauce this weekend :)

I will probably not be able to walk tomorrow.. I really workout hard this morning.... Looking forward to that early morning run (rain or shine .. hopefully rain! :)

Lower body breakdown:
smith squats
12- 65lbs
10- 85lbs
8- 105lbs
6- 110lbs
burnouts 24 jump squats (6 sets of 4) {I had on my ipod and did these to the perfect song-Van Halens JUMP!;)

Lunges:
12- 35lbs
10- 45lbs
08- 55lbs
06- 65lbs

Laying Leg Curl
12- 35lbs
10- 45lbs
08- 55lbs
05- 55lbs
burnouts 24 Deadlifts 65lbs concentrated on doing these really really slow

abs
incline sit ups 50
standing twist 50
laying leg raises 50
