Progress feels great :)
6 total lbs gone.. but can tell muscles are coming back :) YIPEE :)
I started out a month ago at 144lbs. Currently I am 138. My goal is to get to 129. Just 9 to go :)
will do lower body today.. more later after the workout :)

I just finished a leg workout
lunges, squats, deadlifts, ouch. ouch ouch :)
my abs are so sore.. but good sore :) legs will be tomorrow :)
