OK.. was to do 6 miles today but once i got out there and got going my hamstrings were so very sore there is no way i could do the 6 miles
so ..
I will settle for 3...
I speed walked with my DH and his brother.. and ran a mile by myself :)
I might have to rethink the whole half marathon.. lengthen the training time to allow for weight lifting soreness..
