It was 81 yesterday..
this morning.. 24 on our therm.

crazy west texas weather.

I was to run 7 miles today.. but am going to put it off until tomorrow.. high then will be 65 :) perfect i think :)

part of a free day today... ate too many lucky charms to count.. those things are addictive :)

more tomorrow after the run.

Did my 7 mile run this morning. BUT, truth be told, if it was not for the fact that my running buddy was meeting with me, I would be running tomorrow too! (it was a balmy 35, haha)

yay for tomorrow! I'm planning to spend the winter alternating between 5 and 3 miles with a 10k thrown in here and there. I'm planning 5 miles tomorrow, but we have an unusual amount of ice, so it may have to be on the treadmill. ugh.
