thee more gone!

I am happy to report i lost another 3lbs! I set a goal to loose 15lbs on the wii fit.. only 9 left to go :)

I just got off the treadmill.. ran sprints.. i couldnt sprint as hard as i usually do cause my foot hurt but i made myself stay on 2o mins :) then I did 3 sets of too many to count exercise ball crunches :)

starting to really feel the changes. I am soooo ready to get the rest of the weight off so i can have happy feet!

We had a great skiing day yesterday. I'll post tomorrow, though. tired. I did my lifting though. Have you ever done "clean-n-presses?" I'm already sore.
