pre- turkey day workout!

just finished chest, tris and shoulders..
chest press, tri ext., shoulder flies, and PUSHUPS! (pushups make you feel like you are working out!!!) :)

family here.. gona go help make taco stew for supper :)

more tomorrow after I do cardio tomorrow :)
