tired

rough rough night last night.. had 2 hours of sleep.

slept today for 4 hours.. and felt better.. but def not like working out.

I plan on getting my workout back on track tomorrow.. if my son isnt up all night again.. (poor guy).. so far so good.
Maybe this is the start of him getting well. :) hope so.

I will post tomorrow after I workout. I also plan on posting my eats starting tomorrow ..

its hard when life gets in the way isnt it?
