its a start..

well.. it wasnt anything to write home about.. but it was a start.
I did 20 min of mostly brisk walking with 2 short sessions of jogging.
I can tell its going to take a while to get back to where I was ... but at least today was a start :)

The 20 mins was great de-stressing session :) Felt really great!
