wow when i started this blog it seemed like FOREVER until i turned 40. and here i am almost there.. its just a bit strange.... :) time flies fast!
ok.. this has to be short as i am getting ready to go our homeschool coop and teach art :) the kids are excited and i am too! the only "bad" thing is although i got up in plenty of time to get at least a 4 mile run in it didnt happen... but i did , however manage a 1.04 mile run on the treadmill (which is such a low amount to me now it makes me grin when i type it) ... and then i stretched :)
I will probably try and get another longer run in tonight .. the weather is amazing! and it just makes you wanna be outside :)
