todays 2.5

just home from a 2.5 mile walk- jog around campus with the family. It was a beautiful morning!

I am still hesitant to push it and want to give my foot a few more days before i run over a mile.

I need to get out my "marathoning for mortals" book and figure out my plan for the next few weeks until the marathon. ITS ONLY 8 WEEKS AWAY! yikes.

I fractured my shin in High School and was relegated to running laps in the pool, for SIX weeks. Know what? I came out of that pool, stronger and faster and in BETTER shape than I was before the pool. Go figure, right? Have no fear... you will win this one!
