well.. i decided not to run this morning.. woke up too late.. been sleeping horrible.. so i over slept..
I DID go swimming and did lots of laps in the pool.. THATs tiring! . but i was so happy that i have improved since i was here last year.. i could go so much farther! yippee
we didnt go look at the course either.. i kinda decided i would rather not see actually how far it really truly is.. it will make it more exciting when i run it too i think :)

ok... i am off to bed.. hope i can sleep with the water plugged up ear i have from swimming. i have tried everything to get it unstopped but nothing has worked. frustrating to be deaf in one ear. .. ugh.
back home tomorrow... looking forward to home sweet home.. but it was fun to be here and visit :) and work on my tan :) LOL
