My day to rest and the plan for the week

ok.. today was a rest day for me after the long run yesterday
I have posted on the side bar my plan for the week.. and i am a bit nervous about the 14 miles coming up this sunday... wow.. thats a long way.

i am a tad sore but am happy to report my IT band is not hurting today.. i think all the stopping and stretching i did really helped. I also added in some of those exercises :)

I am so looking forward to an hour run tomorrow morning.

You can totally do the 14. I'm confident that not only will you do it, you'll probably find it easier than the 12 you did this week. Or at least I hope so!!!
