tomorrow is a non-run day but i will get on the mill for a few mins to see if i can get my nike plus to register correctly. love that thing but it is a bit frustrating to have it and it not register my runs correctly. I know its just me :) i am doing something wrong :)

gotta go eat now.. nothing like a long run to make you hooooongry:)

Sorry I cannot help you with the Nike+.. it just worked the first time for me. But then, I am mechanically inclined and couldn't draw a picture to save my life. We all have different strengths! *grin*

Excited about the challenge, excited about having my Ruthie full of fire back. I am glad you took the time to reignite other areas of your life so that the fire could spread. It has inspired me to do some of the same! Thanks!

Done your abs lately?

Happy to say I am not very saddle sore from the bike ride last night.. think this ole tush is getting use to riding again:) it was nice to get up this morning and get to workout.. I did three b's .. squats, leg extensions, dead lift, leg curls, bi curls and then I decided to throw in some abs cause I didnt do them last night.. :) I am feeling stronger and stronger and that feels nice. I am also getting leaner.. today I notice above my knee caps was CUT!.. I am not going to complain here.. because getting rid of fat is getting rid of fat.. but why.. I ask you .. does it come off my knee caps, and my shoulders instead of my baby belly or my bottom? .. its just not really that funny but I cant help but laugh.. what do to.. but to keep going.. and some day I will have the nice lean increadably cut knee knees I have always dreamed of. :) hehe.. Happy friday! taking the kids swimming today.. first time this summer. have to run and get suits for them.. they keep growing out of theirs! ho...
