dunno.
but i DO know i just finished getting more exercises than i have had in almost a month!
what did i do?
turned on a little switchfoot and did:
planks, 5 push ups, 4 sets of 12 sit up, leg lifts, and walking lunges! yes.. walking lunges!
I plan on getting a walk in before or after cats cake and bday party :)
