stronger :)

so I was soooo sore from my day 1 pushups... did 61 in sets of 14 n 9 etc...
so I wasnt too sure I would be able to manage my day two set of pushups last night even after a day of rest. I was still sore!

was pleasantly surprised I felt stronger and was able to complete all sets.. they were NOT easy but I did it! ..
I did 14, 19, 14, 14, and 19.... with rest between sets.

I am still sore from ab work but plan to do crunches tonight :) ...

I can't wait to see if I can actually do 100 pushups in a row thanksgiving morning! yeah!
