KA RAAAAAZY sore!!!

wooowhooo!

I am so totally crazy sore its not funny!

NOT FUNNY


100 pushups did the trick for the upper body

lifting and runnings sprints did it for lower body

and add in

the wonderful fall


oh yeah

I am sore alllll over!

I seem to have a deep bruise on the side of right thigh.... it hurts to lay on it, touch it... waaawaaa waaa

but other than that i am feeling FINE LOL


SORE makes me happy.. means I worked hard.... means I be getting some muscle and loosing some fat !!!

I plan on atleast an 8 miler on Saturday... and just a few tomorrow...


ON A SIDE NOTE....
PLEASE REMIND ME I LIKE RUNNING IN COLDER WEATHER.............
