i am all "carb loaded" and gearing up for tomorrows 10 miler...
gotta find that ipod and get it charged :)
I cannot wait to run... Prob wont get out until close to noon but will post as soon as i am finished. I am going to try to run a fast second half and a slower first ... so i will run and take a few walking breaks on the first have and have set a goal to run the last 5 miles.
I am also dreaming of owning these two shirts :)
