well I did it but it wasnt purty.
I did 4 miles outside, came home got a bit of an orange and some water and got on the treadmill.
I pushed myself reallllly hard when I was outside running the first 4 miles. I didnt know what my official pace was but it was a lot faster than i usually go.... when i got on the treadmill at home I was already tired but managed to average a good pace but had to take some walking breaks.
I am sore from Wednesdays pushups.. but we will do our pushups tonight :)
Glad 8 is done... :) now ... I MUST FIND FOOOOOOD> :)
