sick boy again

well.. now my other son is sick
running fever, coughing .. going to the dr today
was going to run my 10 miler today or tomorrow but now will put it off until Saturday or Sun and just skip the 8 miler planned for this weekend.

very thankful we have insurance and medicines available for us. We are very blessed compared to the rest of the world.

I will do push ups and lots of ab work tonight... more later!

I've got one home sick today too - hope yours is feeling better soon. I had to put off my run as well - it's a bit frustrating but if that's the worst of it, that's not too bad.
