da bump is back!

Ok.... I think my arms are coming back pretty nicely! ... I think the bump is back in my biceps!

I tried to help it out a bit this afternoon .... a crazy bi tri and chest lifting session.... I did abs too! a few pushups thrown in :) ... I was drippin sweat and it felt great!

One reason to keep those arms strong is incase I need to do cpr on anyone! last night I got certified (again)... I had it years ago..... Its exciting cause I feel 1 step closer to personal training certification!

OH and I did a bit of sprint work at practice today :) nothing like a job to help keep you up your running ability! :)
