Sore no more! :)

So happy with my run this morning :) 4 miler and after the first 2 miles my legs were nice n loose! YAY!

The third mile I did at a fast pace and then did sprint work the 4th mile. Pushups a bit while at track but need to try and squeeze in some weights this afternoon :) need to work on those biceps :)
