By the end of the month
Four weeks down and 8 to go. I officially finished my fourth week today. I have not missed a workout for four weeks and it feels great. I now am going to focus on the nutrition part of the program. I have been eating healthy meals and having zero junk during the week with free day being Friday night supper through Sat noon. Here are my goals for this month: By the end of this month I will: Be able to run a 9 min mile (that would be 2 miles in 18 min with 2 min cool down) Be soda free Be able to squat 100lbs Be able to bench press 50lbs 6 times By the end of this month I hope to: Eat Clean every week Over come my addiction to sugar in sodas Get to bed at a decent hour every night Not miss a workout even though I will be traveling.
