well.. even though i am gaining weight instead of loosing right now.. I know i am putting on some muscle! :) These photos are for Josha.... now.. YOUR TURN :)
I must admit this is just the photos i need to see right now.. knowing that all the issues i am having with low energy levels and just over all frustrations... yet still making progress makes me want to keep going..

Welcome to were it all started, this space I created in January of 2006 to help me navigate my journey to personal health and fitness. I have come a LONG way from that first post 18 years ago and I am so grateful for all I have learned along the way. I will be coming here a lot more often over the next weeks, months and years as I have decided to begin writing, journaling and sharing here again. I hope and pray you might find inspiration here to help you along your own path to health and fitness. Please note that this 18 year journey consisted of several things I learned that did not work for me, others programs, supplements and others ideas of nutrition, health and fitness. I am leaving all these as is, so you can see my journey. I will be talking more about the different things I tried thru the years and what I learned about myself and what works for me along the way. Happy to say I am not very saddle sore from the bike ride last night.. think this ole tush is getting use to riding again:) it was nice to get up this morning and get to workout.. I did three b's .. squats, leg extensions, dead lift, leg curls, bi curls and then I decided to throw in some abs cause I didnt do them last night.. :) I am feeling stronger and stronger and that feels nice. I am also getting leaner.. today I notice above my knee caps was CUT!.. I am not going to complain here.. because getting rid of fat is getting rid of fat.. but why.. I ask you .. does it come off my knee caps, and my shoulders instead of my baby belly or my bottom? .. its just not really that funny but I cant help but laugh.. what do to.. but to keep going.. and some day I will have the nice lean increadably cut knee knees I have always dreamed of. :) hehe.. Happy friday! taking the kids swimming today.. first time this summer. have to run and get suits for them.. they keep growing out of theirs! ho...
it was a beautiful morning at the track.. temp in the 50s and no wind! I walked a mile with a friend, then walked jogged 1.5 for total of 2.5 miles this morning.. We came home and I did some burpies with the boys then planks, leg lifts, sit ups, and leg side raises. Those burpies are hard.. I am so sloooooow at them.. but i managed 5. This weekend was free for eating.. I gave that meat a try and its interesting how my tummy reacted..I also had a few cokes.. Isnt it funny how when you dont drink them for a while and then start drinking them again they dont taste near as good as you remember :) anyway.. I am back to veggin it today and looking forward to some green smoothies as soon as i go buy some more spinach :) I am so happy to be seeing muscle showing up in my legs again and really hope this means burning off the fat is not far behind :) I am off to make some breakfast.. decisions decisions.. whole wheat or oatmeal? hummmm
