ups n downs

eat well.. feel great
eat not well.. feel not great

run.. feel great trim, slim, strong
do not run... feel not great.. chubby, sluggish, and weak.

hoping to eat well and feel strong tomorrow.
Today is done.

the 90 % 801010 thing isnt going well.. Have decided to look at doing 1 meal and 1 snack a day cooked veg. bought rice and beans and other stuff.... thinking  my transition into 100% 801010 needs to be just like my transition out of sugar and junk and meat every day... gradual.... and patient.

.....oh the ups and downs....... such is life.

Hang in there! We need to cut ourselves some slack sometimes. Gradual baby steps are the key. You're doing great!
