my arms are TIRED from cleaning out our attic today... I handed a LOT of heavy stuff down to my hubby so my back and arms were tired BEFORE i worked out :)

I had to drag all of our garage sale stuff from the basement to the garage...it was such a workout! My arms and legs were burning at the end. It was great to get a workout and accomplish something around the house. :)
