now workout today :)

still resting those legs from 13.1 feeling MUCH better this afternoon :)

I plan on lifting weights tomorrow and then running Wednesday :)

still doing great on no sugar! Found some great oranges for 69cents a pound and they are awesome! :) This week I found green beans and tomatoes to be SWEET! .. WHAT!?? my taste buds are changing and I am loving real whole food!
