My Fitness Bucket List

Ok... been thinking I need to write these down...
I have some things I want to place on my "fitness bucket list"

  • be able to do 100 mens pushups
  • be able to do 25 one arm pushups
  • run under a 7 min mile
  • learn how to swim (flip and all)
  • Qualify and run the Boston Marathon before I turn 55.
  • Run a 50 miler on my 50th birthday (would like to do THIS race)
  • Train and do a Sprint Tri and a full Tri
How bout you? got any?

I love this bucket list! Go check out http://www.hundredpushups.com/ - I'm doing this program now. It's really hard for me as I have ZERO upper body strength but I am making progress. I couldn't even do 2 push-ups when I started and I did 28 the other day :-)

Good idea writing these down. I hope to qualify for the Kona Ironman someday and run marathons in all 50 states. The second one I hope to have done this year so I can think of more :-)
