Ok... been thinking I need to write these down...
I have some things I want to place on my "fitness bucket list"
I have some things I want to place on my "fitness bucket list"
- be able to do 100 mens pushups
- be able to do 25 one arm pushups
- run under a 7 min mile
- learn how to swim (flip and all)
- Qualify and run the Boston Marathon before I turn 55.
- Run a 50 miler on my 50th birthday (would like to do THIS race)
- Train and do a Sprint Tri and a full Tri
