still going :)

ok.. today :

breakfast burrito (eggs only and tortilia) and hot tea with stevia
lunch ham sandwich, lots of lettuce on it, tad of mayo and lots o mustard :), a few chips, strawberries and blue berries for dessert :)

no cravings for sugar so far today :) I am just home from coop and hoping to get a quick apple and peanut butter before heading to track at 530 :)

I need to run .. .... but when? urgh. busy day

i am sooo happy i am feeling good and sticking with it :)
