I have had enough "rest" and I am so ready to get back into a routine of running and all that goes with it. I posted my plan for the week on the side bar.. the hardest part i KNOW will be getting our of bed and out the door. It will be in the 50s here :( ... I know I will enjoy it once i get out the door and get a mile under my feet :)
now to find my ipod and decide if I am going to wear pants or running skirt.
had a free day on eats last night and today... popcorn, ice cream, chinese food ... makes me really want to go shopping and get some sugar snap peas :) ha.
