did leg curls
walking lunges
and
ab work
called it enough
need to rest them
might do more tomorrow depending how they feel :)
of to a internal track meet with the kids
should be fun

I'm glad you are resting your legs...I find that mine can't handle much weight training during the long run phase of training for a half.
