Night and Day.

this morning was much better than yesterday ... I slept better and although i woke up feeling very sluggish (like always)... after i straightened up the garage-gym--and then did my lower body workout.

squats:12. 10. 8. 6.. High point 60lbs
leg exten: 12.10.8.6 High point 60lbs
leg curls 12 (25lbs). 10. 8. 6 High point 35lbs
Lunges set of 12
(my legs were shot by the time lunges came around)

Glad i feel better this morning...

OH.. a bit of advice :
if you wanna feel frumpy and fat all day... wear a big t-shirt and your hubbies shorts all day....
if you wanna feel better and like you havent gained 100lbs in a day... wear YOUR clothes :) LOL

Now for a new exercise video... taking exercise balls to a new level...
only 10 mins a day will reduce stress, increase laughter, improve cardiovascular endurance... and well.. you will just have a ball !

i like that. sort of a sumo wrestling event. I give them both a 10.
