Lower body done dispite tiredness

just woke up tired this morning. tired of feeling tired.

but I did lower body first thing
feel like i wasnt awake until about 10 mins into the workout.

heres what i did
leg exts (12.10.8.6)
leg curls (same as above)
lunges (set of 24)
squats (12. 10. 8)
dead lifts (set of 24)

then did abs.

my legs are gaining muscles and feeling stronger :) i am happy about that ..
Looking forward to a 8 mile run-walk tomorrow... :)

Great job! You're amazing...finding it within yourself to do it whether you feel like you can or not! Pictures of the leg muscles, please.
