no workout yesterday.. i was at a Fort with the kids and a bunch of great reenactors yesterday :) all my feet alll day :) I did throw a tomahawk and knife but that was as close as i came to a workout :)
I went to track with the kids at 10am this morning.. we met at the a park.. I did my 3 miles in the misty cool morning air.. it was awesome. (both the older kids did 3 and my youngest ,, who is 8 did 4 miles!).. so cool.
