Wednesday's Whopper of a Workout

These are my legs after Wednesday's Whopper of a Workout:

1300 meter run.. inter dispersed with lunges (12.10.8.6) bleacher runs and walks.. and one leg squats with opposite leg hanging off the bleacher. It was a 30 min workout..
I also did a few sit ups..
but.. tomorrow will prove to be a challenge to walk i think..
