Monday Monday

We are finally well and I am looking forward to Monday and getting a few good weeks of fitness back on the blog :) I cant believe its been a month since any major run or lifting workouts. Feb. is just a fog....
I updated my workout plan on my sidebar and added a ticker to help me keep track of the weeks until my half on July 4th..
