cross training day

this morning at track i:
ran half a lap
ran bleachers
did squats with a 10lb weight (2 sets of 15)
did situps, crunches, planks
pushups (20)
tricep dips

felt great

more later when i have time.. its seems being busy is the way things will be for a couple of weeks.
