fast post.. off to a meeting

i have a meeting about art camp this morning. but wanted to post my workout before i left
went to the track and ran with the kids
cat and i did 1200 meters (three laps)
and then
sprinted a 200 and a 150
not much but it will have to do

my hip was ok
i read a bit about stretches so will try and do those today some more

off to my meeting
