Just had to post a few pictures.. Su running on the treadmill.. My biceps on the return and my new watch! YIPPEE .. and the above .. me serving birthday cake and NOT eating birthday cake :)
so this is my 3rd.. yet most important post of the day :)
workout complete! I did upper body chest, tris, bis, and bit of back.. cooked supper for the family and then while they ate i left for my 40 min cardio cross-training (bike ride).. think i went about 10 miles... feels good but will be saddle sore tomorrow! ......more later!r
