I think there is def progress there.. in some areas i didnt expect :) .. I need to measure cause i can tell that i have lost in my hips and legs cause the shorts i am wearing in the pictures are actually a bit loose with wrinkles now.. and they have never been like that.. I guess thats what you get when you change workout plans up a bit and try and cut out sugar :) LOL.. progress feels good.

WOW! That is so awesome. I really don't have the guts to do the pictures thing. Even for myself. But thinking about it, I bet it would be pretty motivating to watch the changes happen. Hmmm Maybe I'll have to think about getting brave enough.

But just let me say again, wow. Really awesome progress.

Looking super, woman! now that the shoulder is on the mend it seems to be working for you. try taking pics daily. changes aren't seen daily but can be seen over time as time progresses. Adam Waters' time lapse video has inspired many. am hoping to be able to do the same with my pics. we are a work in progress! the first one is the hardest.the only time it is not easy is when you know you haven't been working out and eating like you should and then...the pictures don't lie!
keep up the hard work...it will pay off!

one thing i didnt realize is how my right shoulder and bi look so much smaller. I have been using light weights and only once or twice a week on upper.. and taking it really easy on that right shoulder. Its kinda sad cause i had such great shoulders and now i just have one :) lol.. but.. i am hoping .. if i am careful .. i can get it back to where i was before i got injured.

thanks for the encouragement gals..
i tell you.. the blog is the most amazing thing for this fitness-weight loss journey i have been on.... wow.
