ah.. what a great way to start the day!
Went riding with cousin T this morning and it was fantastic! Except for the saddle soreness part :) .. but after a mile or two that was fine :)
so.. we did 10 miles.. quite a few hills and my legs are shot! :)
I loved getting up and out the door before seven! it was beautiful out.. just might have to do it again for my long run in the morning.
busy day today... math, spelling, then to the park for track, picnic afterward and .. yes... we are going back to the zoo.. (love our zoo :)
hope your feeling the need to get out and get your workout done.. and if you dont feel like it.....
well.. do it anyway.. you will be glad you did :)
