lunges: high point 85lbs each leg.. six times on each leg
burnout pile squats 24
lat pull downs.. hight point 60lbs count of 6
burnout.. rows.. 24
bi curls (arnolds) high point 25lbs each hand for set of 4 last two 15lbs each hand
burnouts concentration curls.. 10lbs 24 count on each hand.

My sweet sis is here for a visit and she looks AMAZINGLY AMAZING!!!!! i am so inspired by her! i was literally jumping up in down this morning saying i cant wait until she makes HER video.. she looks FANTASTIC!!!!!! (proud of you sis!!!)

Here's a shot of those muscles coming back.. they are getting close to being a bit cut like they were :) .. yipppeeeee!

plan on running tomorrow grocery shopping and menu planning!
