good news--bad news

bad news first..

ate 1 slice of pizza, 1/2 cup of coke, and cin. sticks for supper
Feel like I am gaining a few lbs (water weight from pms or what???)

good news...

Exercised this morning inspite of a busy day
Ate great at Co-op, Snacks included (Thanks sis for my cooler :) perfect!)
and

YOU on a diet book is ready for me to pick up at the library !!! will have it tomorrow and hope to get it read and a plan of action for next week..


going to bed early.. got up wayyy to early... 545am is still night time to me!!! I's tired!

I had some ice cream last night, and it was good. Like you always say, progress not perfection. And seriously, look at how far you've come in the last year - you look great!
